This week began rather unfortunately. Being the old man I am, I was uncrossing my leg and felt a click in the knee. Turns out, I probably did some thing to my meniscus and hence have been limping the last few days. It’s put my running on hold.
That’s also meant less photography walks as such. However, one of the photos of Melbourne from last week has become quite popular. Especially considering the Melbourne Demons are playing in the finals. It’s been featured by Visit Melbourne, Melbourne I Love You and various other big accounts!
I have been contemplating doing another calendar this year and it seems like there might be enough interest to pull it off. This year, I’ll be theming it after Melbourne and using some of the livelier shots after a year and a half of quietness. I’ll be asking your opinion on which photos in the next few weeks. In the meantime, if it’s something you’d be interested in, head over to the shop to pre-order! It’ll be the cheapest price and include free delivery AND you’ll have your name in a special “thank you” section. Pre-ordering also will give me an idea as to how many to print in the final run. Thank you in advance!
On the cat front, Luna has been hiding with my shoes so she can spring up and dissuade me from going to work. I think she just wants me home to work on the new calendar! The other time, I nearly stepped on her while trying to find my shoes in the dark! Gary on the other hand hasn’t been doing that and has rediscovered his cat bed…
